At Special Hands Outreach, we partner with schools, primary care providers, case managers, faith leaders, and community agencies to support children, teens, adults, and families who need mental, emotional, and spiritual support.

If you’re working with someone who could benefit from counseling, please use the referral form below. Our team will review the information, reach out to the client or caregiver, and help them get scheduled with a clinician who fits their needs.
