Courtney holds a Master's Degree in Professional and School Counseling from Bowie State University.

Gabriella Restuccia is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Medaille College. She has worked in the mental health field since 2015 in a variety of settings, including hospitals, residential programs, and outpatient programs, providing care to children, teens, adults, survivors of domestic violence, and individuals navigating substance abuse. Gabriella’s goal as a therapist is to create a safe, comfortable environment where clients can discover themselves and grow from their experiences. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered techniques to help individuals achieve their mental health goals, always tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. With a strong passion for helping others, Gabriella is committed to providing compassionate, personalized support through every step of the healing and growth process.
Destiny Williams is deeply committed to guiding individuals and families through their journey of growth and healing. Originally from Washington, DC, Destiny attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where she majored in School Counseling and Community Mental Health Counseling. Through her academic and professional experiences, she has cultivated a strong foundation in providing support and guidance. This specialized training equips her to create detailed and impactful therapeutic experiences for her clients.
With experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, Destiny has had the pleasure of providing solution-focused counseling and crisis management. In her practice, she prioritizes themes of anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and a variety of other needs, tailoring her approach to meet the unique circumstances of each individual she has the honor of serving. By incorporating an array of therapeutic modalities, Destiny strives to offer a culturally appropriate and trauma-sensitive approach to therapy.
Thomas Moore is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges and achieving emotional well-being. Known for his calm, grounded presence, Tom creates a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.
Tom takes a client-centered, collaborative approach, working with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. With a deep respect for the evolving nature of spirituality and faith, Tom helps clients navigate faith development, spiritual questioning, and transitions in belief systems. He is sensitive to the diverse religious, spiritual, and philosophical perspectives clients bring into the therapeutic space.
Bria Cottingham holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and brings several years of experience in the mental health field. She has served in outpatient mental health clinics as a psychiatric rehabilitation program caseworker and in crisis intervention roles, working closely with diverse populations.
Bria utilizes a client-centered approach combined with motivational interviewing to foster a non-judgmental and empathetic environment where clients feel empowered and supported. She actively involves clients in every stage of their therapeutic journey—from the initial intake to treatment plan development and connecting with community resources for ongoing support.
Bria is trained in de-escalation techniques and employs a wide range of therapeutic modalities to help clients manage symptoms and build long-term emotional stability. She has experience working with individuals experiencing PTSD, anxiety, and mood disorders, and is committed to guiding each client toward personal growth and healing.
Karin Vogel is a Certified Trauma Specialist with over 20 years of experience as a professional therapist. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Capella University and has helped individuals work through a wide range of challenges, including stress and anxiety, addiction recovery, trauma and abuse, low self-worth, confidence issues, and both everyday and complex life concerns.
Karin works with clients who may be struggling with mental health, life transitions, or relationship issues. In your initial sessions, she takes time to explore the core concerns and collaborates with you to develop a personalized plan for healing and growth. Most clients begin to see a gradual improvement in symptoms within the first month, with continued progress over time. Using a variety of treatment modalities, Karin tailors each session to meet you where you are while guiding you toward where you want to be—empowering you to regain control and live more fully.
Dominique Robinson is a wife, a mother, and a devoted lover of Christ. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Liberty University and has always had a heart for supporting and serving others. With a deep passion for helping people, Dominique finds joy in knowing that her care and support can make someone’s day a little easier or brighter.
When she’s not fulfilling her role as a homeschooling mother to her four beautiful children, Dominique enjoys spending her time by the waterside, doing Zumba, cooking and tackling creative home DIY projects.
Rhema Carson is a bright young woman and daughter of Christ with a passion for improving organizational development. She is currently in her Senior year of college earning her Bachelors of Psychology with a minor in Mass Communications from Tennessee State University. In her time, she loves to nurture her creative side!
Rhema joined the Special Hands Outreach team through inquiry with a desire to gain more hands on experience. She states “I want to see what it takes to maintain an authentic and integral organization, along with being a support for those who have chosen to work with passion for mental health and wellness.
