Amanda Thompson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate challenges, healing, and personal growth. She has specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and she utilizes a compassionate, person-centered approach to help clients address trauma and a range of mental health concerns. Amanda is committed to continued professional growth and ongoing education, including training in Mental Health First Aid and substance use and opioid family support.

Amanda believes therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their healing. Her approach is collaborative and flexible, allowing treatment to be tailored to each client’s individual needs, strengths, comfort level, and readiness for change. She strives to create a warm, supportive environment where clients can openly explore their experiences and feel genuinely supported throughout the therapeutic process.

Amanda integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She works with clients to develop emotional regulation skills, challenge unhelpful patterns, identify personal values, strengthen coping strategies, and process difficult or traumatic experiences. Latoya D. Singleton is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Washington, D.C. native with experience supporting teenagers, adults, couples, and families throughout the DMV area. With an educational background in criminal justice, psychology, and social work, Latoya brings a multidisciplinary perspective to understanding mental health, relationships, human behavior, and the systems that impact individuals and families.

Latoya has a particular passion for working with teenagers and young adults, including individuals with ADHD. She uses a strengths-based approach to help clients recognize their unique abilities, strengthen executive functioning and emotional regulation, and build confidence, organization, communication, and self-advocacy skills.

She also works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, serious mental health concerns, stress, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Her experience includes couples and relationship therapy, supporting clients with communication, trust, conflict, parenting, co-parenting, and emotional connection, as well as working with military-connected individuals and families.

Latoya utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and strengths-based interventions. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Liberty University and has always had a heart for helping and serving others. Dominique relishes the opportunity that God has blessed her with, to be homeschooling her five beautiful children and the lifestyle of learning and time together that it brings. She also loves spending quality time with her husband, reading, trying new desserts, watching home renovation shows, spending time by the waterside, and hosting.

Outside of work, Praise enjoys exploring thrift stores, relaxing with a good nap, watching home renovation and design videos, and spending quality time with her husband and two sons.

Raven is a caring and supportive person who genuinely enjoys helping others and making people feel welcomed and valued. Her faith and relationship with God are an important part of who she is and guide the way she approaches her life, work, and relationships with others.

Outside of work, Raven enjoys writing and listening to court case files, which connects with her passion for criminal justice. She is also the proud and loving cat mom of Widow.
