Syreeta Moody is the founder and CEO of Special Hands Outreach, LLC, where she delivers impactful counseling, life coaching, and consulting services to individuals and clinical facilities. Driven by a mission to empower people toward transformation and healing, Syreeta specializes in trauma-informed care, helping clients overcome mental, emotional, and faith-based roadblocks that hinder personal growth, freedom, and fulfillment.
A dedicated professional, Syreeta’s academic journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Maryland Global Campus (2014), a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling with a focus on Life Coaching from Liberty University (2017), and a Master of Education in School Counseling from Liberty University (2019). Through Special Hands Outreach, she integrates these insights and skills to inspire hope and facilitate lasting change.
With a deep commitment to integrating faith and psychology, Syreeta believes these disciplines are not separate but form a unified approach to the practice of life. By viewing mental and emotional well-being as fundamentally intertwined with faith and biblical principles, she helps clients find healing that aligns mind, heart, and spirit, empowering them to live with authenticity, resilience, and purpose.
In addition to her professional achievements, Syreeta is a motivational speaker and author, using her platform to champion resilience, emotional well-being, and the power of faith. She believes that a balanced life, rooted in a healthy mindset, emotional regulation, and biblical principles, is essential for everyone, and she passionately shares these values in all her work.
Syreeta is a proud wife to her best friend of over 20 years, and together, they are blessed with 8 children and 10 grandchildren. As a woman of faith, Syreeta views her family as both her foundation and inspiration, constantly striving to lead by example as a woman, mother, and counselor. Her life's work is a testament to her belief in the importance of emotional healing, mental wellness, and faith as keys to unlocking each individual’s highest potential.
Syreeta's vision extends beyond individual clients to creating a legacy of care, community, and empowerment, particularly through Special Hands Outreach. Whether providing mentorship to aspiring clinicians, leading group sessions, or speaking to larger audiences, she is committed to fostering a world where everyone has the tools to live with purpose, peace, and authenticity.
