Special Hands Outreach is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist with one to three years of experience to join our team as a part-time 1099 contractor. This is a completely remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy while maintaining a manageable client caseload.

• Employment Type: 1099 Contract 
• Workload Options:
  • Part-Time: 10-15 clients per week
  • Fulltime: 30-40 clients per week
• Location: Fully remote
• Pay Rate: $60-$65 per hour (flat rate)
• Flexibility: Set your schedule while meeting client needs
• Full licensed: Independent

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client intakes and assessments via virtual platforms
• Provide individual, family, and couples therapy
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with other professionals and community resources
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and client progress

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensure or working towards licensure as a professional counselor (LCPC, LCSW-C,  etc.)
• 2-5 years of experience in individual, family, and couples therapy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with tele-health platforms and technology
