Special Hands Outreach is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist with one to three years of experience to join our team as a part-time 1099 contractor/W-2. This is a completely remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy while maintaining a manageable client caseload.
- Employment Type: 1099 Contract / W-2
- Workload Options:
- Part-Time: 10-15 clients per week
- Fulltime: 30-35 clients per week
- Location: Fully remote
- Pay Rate: $60-$65 per hour (flat rate)
- Flexibility: Set your schedule while meeting client needs
- Full licensed: Independent
- Insurance: Cost Reimbursement ( W-2 only)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client intakes and assessments via virtual platforms
- Provide individual, family, and couples therapy
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other professionals and community resources
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and client progress
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensure or working towards licensure as a professional counselor (LCPC, LMSW-C, LCMFT )
- 1-5 years of experience in individual, family, and couples therapy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with tele-health platforms and technology
