This quarter, we are thrilled to spotlight Destiny Williams for her unwavering dedication, clinical growth, and genuine heart for the work we do at Special Hands Outreach. Destiny exemplifies what it means to serve with both skill and soul, and her impact has not gone unnoticed.
Originally from Washington, DC, Destiny earned her degree in School Counseling and Community Mental Health Counseling from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. With a strong academic foundation and deep compassion, she brings warmth, insight, and professionalism to each therapeutic encounter.
Destiny has provided solution-focused counseling and crisis management to children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. Her trauma-sensitive and culturally responsive approach makes a lasting difference in the lives of those she serves.

We are proud to shine a spotlight on one of our incredible clinicians, Gabriella Restuccia, LCPC, who has been named Employee of the Quarter here at Special Hands Outreach, LLC!
Gabriella is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Medaille College. Since 2015, she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals across diverse settings—including hospitals, residential programs, and outpatient centers. Her clinical experience spans working with children, teens, and adults, as well as survivors of domestic violence and individuals navigating the challenges of substance use.
Gabriella’s therapeutic style blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with person-centered approaches, always ensuring that treatment is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Her core mission as a therapist is to create a safe, nurturing, and empowering space for clients to explore their stories, discover resilience, and grow into the best version of themselves.
Since joining the Special Hands team, Gabriella has truly hit the ground running—with an outstanding 80% client show rate, timely progress note completion, and excellent treatment planning. Her commitment to professional excellence and client-centered care has made a powerful impact in a short period of time.
